Welcome Back

Welcome to the Fall 2025 Semester! We’re excited to support you this year with expanded services, helpful resources, and a continued commitment to student success.

This year, we’re focusing on key priorities to serve you even better:

Improving Outreach Campus Services - You will now find a small specialized library at the Lander Outreach! We have handpicked books that correspond with courses being taught at Lander and at ASI. - Plus we have already scheduled one visit to Jackson and Lander for Class Orientations.

Refining Event Programming - We are bringing back some of our academic and writing centered workshops and calling them Deep Dives. These will be viewable on our Events calendar

Expanding Marketing/Outreach Efforts across the Riverton Campus - Sam and I will be popping up around campus doing outreach on a regular basis.

We’re also proud to continue offering:

Instruction sessions tailored to your courses (book early!)
A growing Writing Center open to students, faculty, and staff - Our Writing Center will be expanding it's services with additional faculty helpers and we will integrate Lander Center Hours as well!

Every session is customized to match your class goals, assignments, and skill level, whether you’re teaching Gen Ed, upper-division, or something in between.

CWC Writing Center

Support for Every Writer

You’ve seen it before, students struggling to get started on an assignment, unsure how to cite sources, or turning in papers that just needed one more round of revision. The CWC Writing Center is here to help.

We offer individualized support for students at any stage of the writing process, including:

Brainstorming and understanding assignments
Research guidance and source integration
Structuring papers and applying proper formatting (APA, MLA, etc.)
Revising with purpose and developing editing strategies

While we don’t act as an editing service, we empower students to become stronger, more independent writers through collaborative conversation and skill-building.
