Adult Take & Make: Hygge Sugar Scrub

Starting Friday, January 9

Create your own moment of hygge with a cozy take-and-make kit from the library and enjoy simple self-care as you craft a soothing sugar scrub to use at home. Kits include all materials and easy instructions and are available while supplies last.

The Art of Revision Poetry Workshop with Ventura County Poet Laureate, Mary Ann McFadden

Saturdays, January 17, 27, 31, and February 7 at 12:00 PM

Ventura County Poet Laureate, Mary Ann McFadden, is seeking committed poets interested in refining their revision skills. The workshop will be held over four consecutive Saturdays, from 12:00 to 1:30 PM, beginning January 17th and continuing on January 24, 31, and February 7. Sign-up sheets will be available at the library and on the Blanchard website. Participation is free.

Blanchard Community Library offers ESL classes twice a week to support adult learners. These classes are designed for individuals with little to no English and focus on building confidence and practical language skills.
